Seaside Terrace is licensed for both Ambulatory and Non-Ambulatory residents

• Licensed for 250 beds

• Shared and private rooms are available on both floors – rates and availability vary

• A connected Fire and Sprinkler Alarm system installed throughout the facility with manual pull stations and smoke detectors per Title 22 regulations

• TV and recreation rooms on both floors, including a library in the resident’s lounge

• Private garden and smoking patio

• Private Facility Parking Lot for residents, employees, and visitors

• Emergency pull-cord call system installed in every resident room and bathroom, with audio and visual monitoring stations throughout the facility

• Large 2-story facility with an 3 elevators for safe and convenient access to the second floor

• The facility is able to accommodate manual wheelchairs & walkers

• Hospice Waiver – approved by Community Care Licensing, which permits our facility to retain and admit a terminally ill resident who is under the care and supervision of a Licensed Hospice Agency
