About Us - Seaside Terrace is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), licensed by the State of California, Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing (CCL) division. We are conveniently located in Fountain Valley, CA, and are licensed for a capacity of 250 beds.
